Cancellation and Refund

For canceling your order please call +91-88945-62333 and quote your transaction ID/ order number. We will cancel your order as per the policy and if confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the same, within 2 hours of placing your request.
Since we are dispatching the Order on the same day as the date of the order, it is difficult to cancel the order, once placed. However, you might still cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it.
If the order is canceled within 2 hours of placing, the full amount will be refunded to your account. This might take a few days and would depend upon our payment gateway partner.
If the order is canceled post-dispatch, the two-way delivery charges will be deducted and the balance refunded to the Buyer.
